The Oncology Research Unit is a dedicated centre of excellence focused on advancing cancer care through high-quality clinical research. The team comprises experienced oncologists and clinical coordinators who work together to design and conduct clinical trials that explore innovative treatment options, diagnostics, and supportive care interventions. With good infrastructure and a patient-centred approach, the unit ensures ethical and rigorous trial conduct in alignment with global research standards. It aims to provide patients access to cutting-edge therapies while contributing to the global fight against cancer.

Ongoing and completed clinical trials span a range of cancer types, including breast, lung, gastrointestinal, and haematological malignancies. The unit is committed to translating scientific discoveries into tangible improvements in patient outcomes, and fostering an environment that supports innovation, learning, and compassionate care.
